I would like to nominate Matthew Hall as a Platform UI committer working on
the data binding framework. Over the last months, he has made solid
contributions, starting with comments in bugzilla, then small patches,
followed by larger pieces of work. He is also active on the
eclipse.platform newsgroup, answering questions regarding data binding.

The following patches are of high quality too, and ready to go. They have
not been released to CVS yet because the contributions are over the 250
lines threshold. I haven't been able to find out yet if these can be
released by Matthew should he become a committer or if we need to go
through IPzilla in any case.

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 47 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Matthew Hall must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
