[platform-ui-dev] Maintenance build resubmission

There was an error in yesterday's maintenance build submission for
M200711280-0800. The resources were all tagged but the map file was
released on the wrong branch.
The resubmitted build is as follows.
Note that Bug 190849 is showing up in this list because ui.tests.harness
was previously released off of HEAD instead of R3_3, with accompanying
3.4 changes, and this maintenance release undoes that. Bug 190849 was
the last to modify ui.tests.harness on R3_3 and thus represents the
reverting.
