has been updated from

http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/%7Echeckout%7E/platform-ui-home/main.html

to 
http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/platform-ui/ 

to be consistent with the current web structure.

Please commit any new web content to this new location.
