[platform-ui-dev] Reminder about the performance an ui tests split

As many of us are currently looking at the performance suites to try and 
improve them I thought I should remind everyone that they are now run 
without the ui.tests plug-in in the workbench by releng. This plug-in has 
a lot of extra content which may affect your results and make it hard to 
reconcile what the numbers from releng are indicating.
