[platform-ui-dev] [CN] Updating to Sorters

An update has been released which modified slightly the way that sorters
are added to extensions. The details can be found here:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=126071.

As a result, the commonSorter element is nested under a navigatorContent
extension. These are automatically bound with the bindings of the
containing extension, so no explicit viewerContentBinding is required for
them.
