[platform-ui-dev] Reminder: 3.2 M4

The 3.2 M4 milestone is almost upon us.  As such, there are a couple of 
things:

(1) Send me test plan items.  These are generally things that are either high 
risk or require cross-platform testing.  (See 
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/~checkout~/platform-ui-home/testfix/index.html 
for examples from 3.2 M3)

(2) Clean up your bugs.  There are 29 bugs still open against 3.2 M4.  These 
need to either be fixed or moved to another milestone.
