Platform UI is going to take advantage of this rebuild to push in a fix for:
+ Bug 110354.  [WorkbenchParts] NPE dragging view from fast view bar

This NPE can make mouse cursor unusable on Linux GTK+.

Our map file is updated and we are ready to go.
