IPageLayout.addStandaloneView is no longer honoured
+ Bug 74982. [Commands] Select All accelerator is available on a Tree control 
hosted in a TreeViewer but does not send SelectionChanged events
+ Bug 75138. [Encoding] Eclipse's content type support should warn about 
conflicting settings
+ Bug 75564. Unable to cancel exit of workbench while external tools are 
running
+ Bug 75689. [Progress] Progress bar does not work while creating patch
