[platform-ui-dev] R3_0_maintenance branch created for "org.eclipse.ui.wo

A R3_0_maintenance branch has been created for "org.eclipse.ui.workbench".  
This branch should only include work intended for 3.0.x, and all work on this 
branch should be approved.  To work on this branch, do the following:
1.) Right-click on "org.eclipse.ui.workbench"
2.) Select "Replace With > Another Branch or Version..."
3.) Click on "Refresh from Repository"
4.) Expand "Branches" and select "R3_0_maintenance"
5.) Click "OK"

When you are done, commit your changes as normal.  Then, you can move back to 
"HEAD" with the same steps as above -- replacing step #4 with 'Select 
"HEAD"'.
