[platform-ui-dev] How to get to View Toolbar

My Application is PDE Plugin and has a toolbar with a
couple of buttons. I need to detect the mouse move
over the toolbar and buttons.
How can I reach the toolbar and its buttons?
Is it possible to register MouseMoveListener or what
is the best way to accomplish the objective outlined
above?
