Platform UI has updated its map file for the noon build.  We are including 
fixes for the following bugs:
+ Bug 49494.  [RCP] [Contributions] IllegalArgumentException: Group not found: 
group.editor
+ Bug 57416.  [Workbench] Disappearing Perspectives Toolbar
+ Bug 61794.  [Workbench] Bugs in Perspective Switcher
+ Bug 62897.  Lightweight decorator SafeRunnable does not handle exceptions 
with no message
+ Bug 63212.  [EditorMgmt] Chevron on toolbar switcher when not needed.
+ Bug 63418.  [Workbench] perspective switcher popup to configure position 
does not match preference.
+ Bug 63755.  [Workbench] Changing the docking position of perspective 
switcher not persistent
+ Bug 64270.  CheckBoxTreeViewerMissingTest suite needs to be fixed
+ Bug 64333.  [Progress] Widgets in Wizards get enabled without cause
+ Bug 64276.  [RCP]  Allow subclassing of IDEApplication

As well as minor improvements to source code and javadoc.  ProgressTreeViewer 
has been removed.  The deprecated "setTitle" method has also been removed.
