Best to post a message to the newsgroup and direct it to the VCM team, not
the UI team. Also, you should add a feature request against Platform - VCM
if this is important to you.

Different CM providers could have different top-level menus. As it stands
now there is a context sensitive menu that holds CM provider menu items
based on project natures called "Team". However there is no such top-level
menu for global CM operations. Is such a menu going to be added? If so,
will there be submenus for the different CM providers?
