[platform-ui-dev] Some notes for those using the new Team support

A couple of things to note about the new team support

1) Throw our your old workbench
2) You will get a pile of errors generated because of extra CVS files. If
you choose to filter on the selected resource and children you will be fine
- these are not compilation errors.
