The Eclipse UI team would like to grant commit rights to Knut Radloff,
from the OTI Raleigh lab.
His code has been reviewed by at least 3 existing committers since his
joining the team in December, 2001.
His changes have shown a consistently high quality, which is reflective of
his previous experience on SWT and other UI components.
I would like to get a vote on this by this Friday, Feb 6.
