[platform-ua-dev] Make "Show In Table Of Contents" happen automatically

Hi

I'm providing a plugin to the Eclipse help system for my own
standalone RCP application.

When browsing through the help system provided in Eclipse, and I click
on an internal link in a page, I need to click the "Show In Table Of
Contents" button to synchronize the page with the TOC.

What I'd like is to get this to happen by default - when I click a
link, the TOC is automatically synchronized. Is there any way to
change this behaviour?
