For getting answers promptly, it will be better to show what you have
already found on Eclipse repository, and why they are not enough from your
requirements, IMHO. Some developers may have their own unit tests,
but they may not be also enough for you.
At a glance, it seems the CVS repository at dev.eclipse.org has included
org.eclipse.team.tests.core,
org.eclipse.team.tests.cvs.core
and those modules(projects) will test the synchronization.
