[platform-team-dev] Changes to Compare bundles

Everyone,

We have introduced a new core level
compare bundle. The current location of the 3 main compare bundles in the
Eclipse repository are

org.eclipse.compare - remains in the
org.eclipse.compare root folder
org.eclipse.compare.core - /org.eclipse.compare/plugins/org.eclipse.compare.core
org.eclipse.compare.win32 - /org.eclipse.compare/plugins/org.eclipse.compare.win32

We may push the main plug-in down into
the plugins directory in the near future for consistency but, for now,
this is the structure.
