You can use the shiny new "Eclipse Community Forums" site (http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php?t=thread&frm_id=100&S=4f0a53507606873093ba0972c7bc0eb7) or your favorite NNTP client to post to the new group.

Hello,

I'm not certain whether I have come to the right place. Is this the mailing 
list where users of SWT post when they seek help, or is this for people 
developing the SWT only?

I'm pretty confused. Where would I have to post so my questions show up in 
the `eclipse.platform.swt' newsgroup?
