At the start of this week we had problem with windows test machine see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=568477. This caused more than 4 windows test jobs to stay in queue. Since the windows tests run for 8 hours, it took couple of days to catch up. In this process we had to kill the test run for November 1.

I see the Windows test results are there except I20201101-1800.
They just appear later...
