At least of eclipse.platform.ui-Gerrit, for both ci.eclipse.org and ci-staging.eclipse.org, I do see the "api-check" profile enabled, and the "api-analysis" step running.

I didn't check other jobs, but IIRC, this was applied to all relevant repos. Looking at logs for "api-check" and "api-analysis" is enough to know whether it's running or not.
