This problem is due to 32/64-bit conversion issue. this problem is fixed and committed through https://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.swt.git/commit/?id=1d8d3e9bfe115633778694e618a3bc956684a0cd

I've opened following bug for SWT compile problem: 
Bug 463531 - Compile failure stopped N20150330-2000 build 

And, FYI, I had left one setting as "fail-fast", so might be other compile failures, but .. it fails .... fast. 

I'll change back to "fail at end" now. (though, might have limited usefulness for such a low level failure?)
