I could not get the build to restart/republish
without some sort of error, so am going to "try from the beginning".
There might still be some assumption I am missing, or, it might just be
too hard to track down where things are cached vs. getting fresh vs. getting
by commit hash. A rebuild should tell me.

This failure isn't as bad as it looks.
There are a few points we expect to get some "previous version"
from "download" server ... often to simply "run a task"
of some routine "publishing step" ... AND I had moved that version
to "archive" server as part of our release clean-up, so it was
not found on "download" server, as we spec it in our scripts.
I need to investigate further, but might be able to simply correct
the variables, and re-run the final step or two. If not, I'll restart the
whole N-build, just to make sure we get a run this evening.
