Yes, the launcher binaries were changed.  This was discussed at the Wednesday call.  The build machines for the launchers were in a bad state so it took longer than expected to get the binaries rebuilt to include the bug fixes we had for RC2.

Yet another request for respin ... 

Were the launchers (eclipse executables) changed yesterday? ... in either case, I'd like to "touch" rcp.config since it is showing an "unexpected comparator" error ... and I'm not really sure why (unless the executables were changed ... and that change does not "percolate up" to change the qualifier of "rcp.config" (or, as it it is called in distributions, the feature named org.eclipse.rcp.configuration. See
