While performing an upgrade I got a warning about unsigned source jars for the following:

Not sure if all source jars are unsigned or it is just these.

The CBI I builds do include a repository for those that want to update, I just couldn't find a link on the web page.  It's in <buildLink>/repository

So for http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/I20130227-2000/ it is in http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/I20130227-2000/repository
