The p2 failure is a regression that we introduced when we fixed

The issue is tracked in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=312930
I do have a fix for it, but I don't think it worth a rebuild because the conditions under which this happens are rather limited.
We will address in RC2
