The failure in core.tests.runtime appear to be a timing issue in the tests. I opened bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=305507 to track. I believe the race condition must be very small since this is the first time we have seen this failure and it only occurred on one platform. The test has been in place without failure since Movember.
