So it appears that we are having problems
with the filesystem at eclipse.org and I can't check out that version of
the jdt  feature from CVS.  I've opened a bug with the webmasters.
 It looks like the pserver version of CVS doesn't have this tag.  CVS
pserver is supposed to be a mirrored copy starting on Dec 11, but it looks
like this change was made earlier for some reason.
