There are two issues here:
1) A rule conflict when creating a project:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Attempted to beginRule: R/, does not
match outer scope rule: P/TestProject1
This is strange since it only failed on WIN XP, SUN 1.6.0 and we didn't
change any code. Shoot in the dark: John, could this be anyhow related to
the changes you made for

2) From the log:
[echo] Running org.eclipse.jdt.text.tests.JdtTextTestSuite. Result
file: C:\buildtest\I20091124-0800
\eclipse-testing/results/win32.win32.x86_6.0/org.eclipse.jdt.text.tests.JdtTextTestSuite.xml.
[java] Timeout: killed the sub-process
>From that log entry it looks like the tests timed out but they are not
marked as DNF on the results page.
To me this looks like a problem with/on that test machine. Until further
notice you can assume that it does not affect the quality of the build.
