The org.eclipse.pde.doc.user plug-in is missing a folder in the build. This was likely caused due to a missing entry in the build scripts inside the doc plug-in. The issue caused the UA test failures and is being tracked in:

We will fix the issue immediately and retag. We are humbly requesting a rebuild.

The test results for the I20090604-2000 build are delayed because the tests hung on one of the windows machines.  I have restarted the tests on that machine from the point where they failed.
