I see two main problems with this build.

1) None of the feature.xmls have their
versions properly replaced.  This is a bug in the builder, I have
raised https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=273687.  This
is also the cause of the pde.build test failures

2) SWT .  Launching this build
(on windows at least) fails with java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no swt-win32-3543
or swt-win32 in swt.library.path, java.library.path or the jar file
The org.eclipse.swt.win32.win32.x86_3.5.0.N20090424-2000.jar
contains 3542 dlls.
