I can tag equinox.ds if we think it is important to fix the releng failures in the I-Build. But I'm not sure it is worth the risk since we are still trying to get a good build done this week.

If we want to get rid of the chkpii errors in the releng tests, equinox.ds
should also recontribute.
The HEAD contents of this bundle would pass the releng test.
