Since the 8am build failed due to cvs
timeout issues, I won't be restarting the 8am build.  The rebuild
that Olivier has requested will be run with performance tests.

Hi,

API tooling didn't contribute the latest fixes. The contribution was made
on Friday and doesn't contain important fixes.
I request a rebuild. The map file should be update shortly.
