Since we are rebuilding now I suspect M5 will not be declared today. Or it will happen rather late in the day if Chris can get the fix verified in time. Should we plan on having the I-Build delayed tomorrow? This way we don't have to scramble to get our map files updated in the middle of the night or early in the morning if the build actually happens at the regularly scheduled time.

The rebuild has started.
Chris, once the new build is available, please verify your fix. Then get a friend to verify your fix :-)
Then provide status on the build on this bug

There won't be any regularly scheduled builds until we declare M5. So again, please refrain from updating your maps for the I-build.

The PDE team found a regression with testing the 3.5M5 builds today. The problem is described in this bug:

In summary, if you use Eclipse application configurations... and select a subset of bundles AND simpleconfigurator is included in that list, we will attempt to start all your bundles. This effectively kills lazy initialization and can cause issues for people who don't expect everything to be started.
We are ready to tag if the PMC approves of this change.
