The test failure is real and we believe is caused by the feature structure reorganization that happened this week (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=260959)
This should not affect the usability of the build.
It is unclear if a recontribution will happen for this week as test builds will likely be needed in order to make sure things work fine.
