Denis has unblocked our address again
and we can now access bugs.eclipse.org and build.eclipse.org.  So
back to work :-)  

Also, a reminder to the Canadian committers
to update their map files today for the integration build on Tuesday.  This
coming Monday is a holiday.

The build failed because we can't access build.eclipse.org to fetch the
signed feature.  Our entire IBM building can't access build.eclipse.org
or bugs.eclipse.org. I suspect there is a firewall rule at the foundation
blocking us from accessing these sites because of excess simultaneous connections.
  I can access these sites from home and other committers and other
IBM and non-IBM sites can access them.  To their ISP,  it appears
to be a  DoS attack, but in fact it was just our hard working committers
:-) 

I've sent an email to the webmaster and asked them to take a look.
