This build has been stopped and build
I20061121-1218 has been started.  The previous build was unusable
due to problems with the org.eclipse.osgi submission.

Well, it seems like the copy of the signed zip from eclipse.org has failed
again.  I have followed up with our local IT staff and the eclipse
webmasters to try to troubleshoot the issue.
