The Team/CVS failures are a problem
in the tests and do not reflect a problem with the build. The fix for the
tests was released to HEAD but did not make it into the subsequent RC1
build. No rebuild is required from a Team/CVS standpoint but I have versioned
and released the fix to the test code just in case.
