We believe this test failure to be timing related.
Sporadic test failures
are tracked under bug 51538.

After doing our testing, Platform/Core feels this blemish should be removed
from the test results page and this build be declared good.

(we have also re-ran these tests without reproducing the failure and have
asked RelEng to re-run them as well)
