The output from this compile error was
missing a summary line  which caused the code that parses the output
to miss the error.  Jdtcore will be providing a patch for our builder
to address this issue.

There were compile errors in this build in the org.eclipse.team.ui plugin
due to changes in the org.eclipse.ui.views plugin. I don't know why these
errors were not posted (RelEng team?) but the context menu in the sync
view will not appear. Other than that, the build is usable. Team is requesting
a rebuild. I will notify this list when the change is ready. The UI team
also wants to release a change to add the removed API back and will notify
the list when it is ready.
