[platform-doc-dev] Eclipse 3.0 Docs should be available in html format 
At http://www.eclipse.org/documentation/main.html the 2.1 release
documentation is available HTML and PDF format.

I think that the Eclipse 3.0 Release documentation should be available in
HTML format also, just like the 2.1 Release.

This is needed for several reasons.
