'eclipse.platform' successfully builds with Java21, Maven3.9.6, Tycho4.0.8 with this command: mvn clean verify -DskipTests -Dtycho.version=4.0.8. It does not build successfully with Java21, Maven3.9.9, Tycho5.0.2 with this command: mvn clean verify -DskipTests -Dtycho.version=5.0.2. Tycho5.x requires Maven3.9.9. Going to attempt to migrate 'eclipse.platform' to Tycho5.x to use Maven3.9.9.
