[platform-dev] Add support for Copy/Cut/Paste keys

Hello,

I created a small PR to swt in order to add support of the "physical" 
Copy/Cut/Paste keys but it seems that some tests fail. From what I see, 
the failures are not directly related to the PR itself but to API 
versioning.

Can someone please review the PR and write me what do I need to change?
