[platform-dev] Using custom font for welcome page

Hello, I'm trying to use a custom font loaded from local space with @font-face trying to use all ways ever used to load local fonts:

I am sure that all the fonts are actually located in the listed paths, but using of

with

gives me a part of text rendered in Times New Roman 

Is there any correct approach of using custom fonts in the eclipse intro page? Thanks in advance.
