Yes, 1000 is a valid version segment.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [platform-dev] Semantic version updates by 100 after 900
Date: Tue, Dec 10, 2019 4:27 PM

According to the Version Numbering guide [1] changes in the service segment are incremented by 100. I have now faced the first situation that the previous version already had .900 in the service segment. How shall be proceeded with an update here? Is .1000 a valid next increment?
