[platform-dev] Question about perspective customization.

I am using a version of:

3.10


When I go to window> customize perspective> and click the appropriate
shortcut  boxes I get the results I want. I am working on a plugin where I
want some shortcuts set all of the time if the plugin is used. I can not
figure out where to set these anyone help me out?

Any samples of the syntax? Plugin.xml??
