[platform-dev] eclipse and chinese input method

Hi,

Could someone share some hints on making eclipse 
work with chinese input method (chinput) on Linux?

I'm currently using Chinput 3.0.2 on RH 8.0. 
I can input in all KDE apps and other Java
apps (Swing-based). With eclipse NLS package,
and setting the the XMODIFIERS/LC_ALL/LANG 
properly (just like for other apps), I have
eclipse display chinese just fine. But I can't
activate chinput to input chinese on eclipse.

Haven't tested on Windows though.
