Hi Dani,
It's a tool in the CDT project which auto-comments on bugs with a
link to the commit that was made for a given bug. AFAIK, it's
only supposed to run on the CDT repository. In this specific case
I made a commit to CDT, but referenced the JDT bug in the comment
which caused the genie to comment on the JDT bug. Did you see any
other comment such as this one? This tool was re-activated
yesterday after not being used for a long time so it generated
100s of emails. I deleted them in bulk so didn't notice how many
were not in CDT.
