Sounds good, although there are actually
less than 80 bugs with patches (Bugzilla wants "1", not "true"
for boolean fields):

part will be to find patches that are
- not already reviewed/rejected
- almost finished (not work in progress
aka just started)
- not too controversial

We have way to many bugs with patches.
Because of this I am proposing we have a (some) debug patch day(s) this
week.

I used this quick query to find out that we have 190 open bugs with patches:
