I've created a repo at git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/platform/eclipse.platform.runtime.git

Please verify that it looks as you would expect.  It contains the above mentioned Platform Runtime bundles plus a number of Eclipse4 core bundles that graduated in R4.0.  I only conditioned the core.runtime CVS repo for 3.7, 3.6, 3.5, and 3.4.

Please treat it as a live repository of Platform Runtime.  I have not updated the Juno or 3.7.1 map files yet, but hope to over the next few days.
