I nominate Oleg Besedin for commit rights to the Platform/Core component.

Oleg has been working with the Equinox team for several months now and his
work during the 3.2 cycle has been instrumental in refactoring the
org.eclipse.core.runtime plug-in. In the runtime space, he familiarized
himself with the jobs and content type code in order to provide patches to
split these plug-ins into separate bundles. He has also been looking into
performance of the Equinox and Runtime components as a whole.
